Understanding and managing the concerns of the many stakeholders who might have an interest in your project may not be part of your core expertise. But, it’s integral to our day-to-day operations.

 

Together, LafargeHolcim’s family of companies in the US operates nearly 400 industrial sites and facilities across the country; surrounding each of those sites is a community to whom we have pledged a commitment to its safety and well-being. In many cases, we have built decades-long relationships at the local, city and state levels.

One result: insights, operating know-how and relationships that can be helpful to our customers. We are eager to share our:

  • Understanding of community sensitivities: whether it’s reducing the number of trucks on local roadways, or practicing safe operations that could impact employees as well as the community, LafargeHolcim’s family of companies has expertise on how to be a good neighbor.
  • Team of Government Affairs, Land and Environment professionals: drawing on our technical and practical experience with myriad stakeholders, we can help customers manage community relationships, design public affairs campaigns, and work through municipal or regulatory requirements such as permit applications.
